What can i make for Valentines Day for my boyfriend?

What can i make for Valentines Day for my boyfriend?
Me and my boyfriend have been together for two years now and i don't have the money to get him something for Valentines day so i was going to make him something...i wanna make like something out of arts and crafts...i have feathers, ribbon, glue gun, foam, and many other things. any suggestions on what i could possibly make him??? thank you in advance :) ! Something really creative and special please. i already made him a scrapbook last year for his birthday..
