Nightwisp:  61 Reasons Why I Love You is a good one. Maybe you could hide each one somewhere different with a clue on it as to where the next one is. My friend did something like this for me once. I mean, it wasn't Valentine's Day, but it was still amazing. Since you like photography and art, maybe you could make picture clues as to where/what the next thing is. Or if you're not into the treasure hunt thing, you could do a photo album or (I hate to suggest a scrapbook, but I suppose that's what it would be) called "61 Reasons Why I Love You" and take photos/find photos representing each reason, with an explanation of the picture and the reason on the picture/on the side.
